  2. Inspection & Diagnosis

    • Inspection fees are non-refundable.
    • We reserve the right to inspect or refuse any repair.
  3. Out-of-Warranty Devices

    • Customer bears all repair and parts costs.
    • Repairs start only after approval.
    • Estimated repair time: 3–5 business days.
  4. Data & Software

    • No guarantee of data recovery.
    • Not responsible for data, accounts, or licenses.
  5. Games & Performance

    • Not responsible for game errors, FPS drops, or compatibility issues.
  6. Post-Repair Issues

    • Any issue after delivery is not our responsibility.
    • Not liable for failures due to prior damage or aging parts.
  7. Warranty Devices

    • Warranty excludes drops, liquids, misuse.
    • Repair: 3–5 days | Replacement: 7–15 business days.
  8. Warranty Stickers (Important)

    1. Devices or parts delivered with warranty stickers are subject to strict warranty conditions.
    2. Any damage, removal, tampering, or alteration of warranty stickers will void the warranty immediately.
    3. Warranty will be void if:
      • Any repair or opening is performed outside our store
      • The customer or any third party removes or damages the warranty sticker
      • Any modification or tampering with internal components
      • The store bears no warranty responsibility once the sticker is damaged or removed.
  9. Parts & Returns

    • Opened or installed parts are non-refundable.
    • No cash refunds after repair begins.
  10. Delays

    • Not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping, or force majeure.
  11. Disputes

    • All disputes are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
    • GAMING PC OMAN premises shall be the competent jurisdiction.
